Bouncercise Program
- Our Bouncercise Program is a Bounce Fitness Program for children at Daycares and Preschools.
- Our Bouncercise Program consists of weekly one hour Bounce Fitness Classes, held on our Bounce Bus at your Daycare or Preschool.
- In our Bouncercise Classes, the children will enjoy bouncing, jumping, flipping and tumbling, as well as, falling into our oh so soft bottomless pit of foam cubes and pool noodles, while learning the fundamentals of physical fitness, intermediate gymnastics, basic balance, cognitive coordination, and developmental motor skills. This enables children to not only develop physically, but also mentally and socially, as well.
- We offer a fun & safe environment where children are having so much fun that they don’t even realize they’re participating in a physical fitness class.
- By offering our Bouncercise Program at your Daycare or Preschool, you will be setting the stage for the children at your school to develop early on physical and healthy habits that will take them well into their adolescent age better prepared.
- By offering our Bouncercise Program at your Daycare or Preschool, you will be adding a valued incentive that will help to increase your enrollment rates, because parents love schools that offer these types of enrichment programs.
